Jomy Marcus Shin grows up on Ataraxia under Superior Domination, the computer-run order that arranges every birth and erases a child's memories at fourteen, and finds out he carries the Mu mutation that same system exterminates. Soldier Blue hands him the Mu and the road to Terra, with the system's model officer Keith Anyan set against him. These three pieces sit beside the 2007 television series: a pilot film numbered Episode 00, a short called TYPE BLUE -the ORIGIN-, and an epilogue, all made for the disc release rather than for broadcast.
