Takumi Nishijo, a reclusive otaku living in a shipping container above Shibuya, fills his days with online games and the anime Blood Tune and avoids everything else. A stranger sends him images of a murder he then witnesses in person, the latest in a string of killings the media calls New Generation Madness. Several girls connected to the case start turning up around him, and Takumi begins to suspect the murders involve people who can force their delusions onto reality.
