Synopsis
Twelve years before the main Tokyo Ghoul story, high-school delinquent and former baseball player Taishi Fura sees the ghoul known as Lantern kill one of his friends and maim another. His quiet classmate Kishou Arima turns out to be an undercover CCG investigator, and the two start hunting ghouls in the 13th Ward together. This OVA adapts Sui Ishida's prequel side manga and fleshes out young Arima before his career as the CCG's 'Reaper'.
