Synopsis
Ken Kaneki, his memories restored after years as the CCG investigator Haise Sasaki, takes up the title of One-Eyed King and vows to build a world where ghouls and humans coexist. The CCG fractures from within as Kichimura Washuu maneuvers to seize control, and the Quinx Squad members Kaneki once mentored must choose where their loyalties fall.
