This feature film returns to Sorami City, where student Tomoki Sakurai lives surrounded by the winged Angeloids who have fallen into his life, chief among them Ikaros. A shy classmate named Hiyori Kazane, quietly in love with Tomoki, asks to join the New World Discovery Club just to be near him. Sugata objects: up in the Synapse he once saw an angel wearing Hiyori's face.
