Synopsis
In this fourth One Piece feature film, the cash-strapped Straw Hat crew enters the Dead End Race, a no-rules sailing contest between pirate crews with a huge prize at stake. Among the favorites is Gasparde, a former Marine officer turned pirate, and Luffy crosses paths with a bounty hunter named Shuraiya Bascùd who is hunting him. As the race begins, it becomes clear Gasparde has rigged the course to sink his rivals.
