Broke and low on supplies, Luffy signs the Straw Hats up for the Dead End Race, a no-rules sailing contest between pirate crews with a huge purse at stake. Among the favorites is Gasparde, a former Marine officer turned pirate, and on the way Luffy crosses paths with a bounty hunter named Shuraiya Bascùd who is hunting him. Once the race starts, it becomes clear Gasparde has rigged the course to sink his rivals. This is the fourth One Piece feature film.
