In an alternate Japan where reincarnated historical warriors serve as Master Samurai, Muneakira Yagyu returns from training to find the Yagyu dojo running as a maid cafe, the girls bound to him working the floor to pay off its debts. Jubei can no longer transform, and the cafe's first customers are four Dark Samurai who have risen to challenge the group. This second season continues the Samurai Girls story.
