Synopsis
Ken Sugisaki earned his seat on Hekiyou Academy's student council as the top scorer in his year, and spends most meetings angling to turn its all-female roster into his personal harem. Around the table sit the tiny president Kurimu Sakurano, the sadistic secretary Chizuru Akaba, the hot-blooded Minatsu Shiina, and her quiet sister Mafuyu. This second season picks up where the first left off and runs toward the school year's end, when the council faces being broken up.
