ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 Part4 ダイヤモンドは砕けない

In the quiet town of Morioh in 1999, high-schooler Josuke Higashikata, the illegitimate son of Joseph Joestar, meets Jotaro Kujo, who has come looking for him over a supernatural Arrow that grants people Stands. As Josuke and friends like Koichi and Okuyasu trace where the Arrow has spread, they realize a Stand-using serial killer is living quietly among Morioh's residents. This fourth arc shrinks the saga down from globe-spanning quests to the strange daily life of one small Japanese town.
