Synopsis
Mikoto Misaka is one of only seven Level 5 espers in Academy City, a metropolis of students trained to develop psychic powers, where her electromaster ability earns her the nickname Railgun. Alongside her devoted roommate Kuroko Shirai and friends Kazari Uiharu and Ruiko Saten, she works with Judgment, the student peacekeeping force, to handle trouble around the city. Their cases keep pulling them toward the darker experiments hidden inside Academy City's research. This manga is a spin-off of A Certain Magical Index.
