Dance in the Vampire Bund

Mina Tepes, the centuries-old princess and ruler of all vampires, pays off Japan's entire national debt to win the right to build the Bund — a sovereign vampire district on an artificial island in Tokyo Bay. Protected by her werewolf guardian Akira Kaburagi, she steps onto live television to announce vampires' existence to humanity and her intention for both species to coexist. Holding the throne means facing assassins, political rivals and old enemies who would rather see her plan fail.
