Kenshiro rides into a wasteland where the water itself has turned to poison, and the one man with a clean supply is Sanga, who rules the walled city of Last Land by rationing it out. When Sanga's assassins wipe out the Free Village that had dug its own safe well and carry off Sara, the doctor the villagers call a miracle, Kenshiro takes the information broker Tobi with him and heads for Last Land. This three-episode OVA follows the original manga's ending and adapts Buronson's novel Jubaku no Machi.
