By U.C. 0153 the Zanscare Empire runs Side 2 with the guillotine and is pushing its fleets toward Earth, and the only force resisting is the civilian League Militaire. Uso Ewin is thirteen when fighting reaches his home in Eastern Europe and the militia's Victory Gundam ends up in his hands. He keeps Shakti Kareen out of the line of fire and looks for his parents, who are somewhere inside the Federation's own ranks.
