In this alternate take on City Hunter, Xiang-Ying, the former Taiwanese assassin once called Glass Heart, lives in Shinjuku with Kaori Makimura's transplanted heart beating in her chest and Ryo Saeba as her adoptive father. Now working beside Ryo as City Hunter, she takes on cases from people in trouble, while the part of Kaori that lingers inside her still reaches out to him, and Umibozu, also known as Falcon, keeps watch from his Cat's Eye café. This second season continues the story directly after the manga moved to a new magazine, which is all the 2nd Season label marks.
