In this third season, Usagi Tsukino and the Sailor Guardians face the Death Busters, a cult harvesting Pure Heart Crystals from ordinary people to summon the entity Pharaoh 90. Two new guardians, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune, hunt the same crystals in search of three talismans, and their willingness to sacrifice innocent lives to stop the threat puts them at odds with Usagi's refusal to do the same. The season introduces Haruka and Michiru and the conflict over how far the Guardians should go to save the world.

Mr. Satan travels to a private island for a grudge match with his old rival Jaga Bada, with Goten, Trunks, and Android 18 tagging along. There they stumble onto Jaga Bada's lab, where a scientist has cloned the Legendary Super Saiyan Broly from a sample of his blood. When the clone breaks loose and is drenched in a corrosive culture fluid, it mutates into the deformed Bio-Broly. This is the eleventh Dragon Ball Z film, a standalone feature centered on the younger fighters.

To stand against High Priest Zagato and earn a way home, the three must awaken their elemental magic and find the giant Rune Gods.

Neo Japan sends Domon Kasshu and his Shining Gundam, but Domon enters with a private goal: to find his brother Kyoji, accused of stealing the experimental Devil Gundam. Alongside his mechanic Rain Mikamura, he travels country to country chasing the trail.

The young Shoukichi joins the resistance as the colony argues over how far it can push against a city that keeps expanding.
