Ash Ketchum keeps traveling the Kalos region with Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie, his Greninja now able to take on a striking Ash-Greninja form in battle. The group takes in a small, willful creature nicknamed Squishy, which proves to be a Core of the Legendary Pokemon Zygarde and quickly draws the attention of Lysandre's Team Flare. As Ash trains toward the Kalos League against rivals like Alain, Team Flare's plan for Zygarde tightens around the region. This is the nineteenth Pokemon season and the final stretch of the XY arc.
