最遊記外伝

Five hundred years before Genjo Sanzo's journey west, in a Heaven where no one dies, Konzen Douji is bored stiff until Kanzeon Bosatsu puts him in charge of a golden-eyed boy said to be born from a stone of the Lower World. Konzen names him Goku, and the boy soon wins over Marshal Tenpou and General Kenren of the Western Army. When Goku watches his friend Nataku fall and unleashes the Seiten Taisei power held back by his diadem, Heaven wants him destroyed, and Konzen, Tenpou and Kenren refuse to hand him over. This three-part OVA adapts the manga's final arc.
