Piccolo is looking after Gohan's daughter Pan while her father buries himself in research, which leaves him the first to notice that the Red Ribbon Army has been rebuilt under new leadership. The revived organization fields two engineered androids, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2, and with Goku and Vegeta away training, Piccolo slips into its base and finds a far larger project taking shape. He pulls Gohan back into the fight against the androids and what the Red Ribbon scientists have revived.
