Synopsis
Before he became an Enforcer for the Public Safety Bureau, Teppei Sugo was a respected military officer who provided air support for a marine ground squad alongside pilot Itsuki Otomo. This film traces the deployment outside Japan that broke him, following Sugo through the operation that cost him his comrades and led him to give up his freedom for the latent-criminal life of an Enforcer. It is the second feature in the Sinners of the System trilogy of Psycho-Pass spin-offs.
