Synopsis
Years after leaving Japan's Public Safety Bureau, Shinya Kogami drifts through the Tibet-Himalaya region as a mercenary. When he saves a busload of refugees from an armed guerrilla ambush, a half-Japanese girl named Tenzing Wangchuk begs him to teach her to fight and avenge her murdered family. As Kogami weighs what guiding her toward revenge will cost, he uncovers a saboteur, Garcia, working to derail the region's fragile peace talks. This film is the third entry in the Sinners of the System trilogy of spin-off features.
