A Ministry of Foreign Affairs ship escorting Professor Milicia Stronskaya has been attacked by the paramilitary group Peacebreakers, who are after her research papers. Set in 2118 and running into the events of the third season, this novelization of the Psycho-Pass: Providence film is written by Makoto Fukami, who scripted the film itself, and follows the case out from that first report.
