Toki, gentlest of the Hokuto Shinken heirs, gives up his own claim to the school as radiation eats through him, and turns his fists to healing instead of killing. This OVA covers the years before Cassandra: his brother Raoh as the measure he keeps holding himself against, and Sara, the doctor who stays with him while his body fails. It is the fourth entry in the Legends of the True Savior pentalogy, which retells Fist of the North Star from its supporting cast outward.
