With the worst of Hinamizawa behind them, Rika Furude and her friends start summer vacation, and an invitation from Mamoru Akasaka to visit Tokyo turns into a trip the whole club takes together. Keiichi Maebara, Rena Ryugu, Mion Sonozaki and Satoko Houjou camp in the woods along the way and trade memories of what the village put them through. This short epilogue arc picks up straight after Matsuribayashi-hen and fills a single volume.
