Thirty strangers, each looking to escape something in their lives, board a night bus tour bound for Nanaki Village, a place from urban legend said to let people start over. Adapted from Pingzi's Tencent web manhua, this Chinese animation pairs the reluctant Yang Jinghua with the composed Duanmu Xi against the spirits that prey on the living.

The story slots in before the squad's Nagoya campaign.
